  1. I hate snow!
Almost all of Italy is in a terrible weather situation, but where I live, in Turin, north-west region of my country, the weather is good.
You know, in two months time we’ll have the Winter Olympic Games over here and still there’s no snow on the mountains :-)
If you ever happened to read some of my posts in my blog you should know that I’m glad about this dry and mild condition :-)

  2. Ah yes,

why was this I moved to Ireland instead of Finland when I had the opportunity? Something to do with winter, cold and and dark, wasn’t it.

  3. Oooo now that looks bleak…. I hope you have your winter woolies on to cope with that kind of cold!

  4. ..dat looks COLLLLLLLLLD!

  5. Get yerself down till the sauna before the frostbite sets in.

Mind you, we’ve had one day of snow here and rain, rain, rain otherwise. Seriously, which would you rather have?

  6. I took those photos a bit premature because soon after it really started coming down in buckets! Driving was a total bitch and as usual no sign of the snow ploughs! I was lucky to get home from work at all.

Deaglan, i think I might ditch the sauna for some plane tickets to somewhere south. Antonio, can I stay with you for the winter? :)

  7. Maca, of course you’ll be welcome as long as you don’t complain about Italian food and my two cats ;-)

  8. I like Italian food, some of it anyway.
I like cats too, maybe in a salsa verde sauce, and perhaps with some Cabernet Sauvignon :)

  9. Maca, I don’t live in that area of Italy where people are said to eat cats :-)
Good choice for the wine, it’s from the place where they eat cats (Vicenza) so I guess it matches the meat properly ;-)
It seems you know Italy and its tradition very well. Did you spend some time over here for work or holiday?
By the way, ‘sauce’ and ‘salsa’ mean the same thing so you could omit one of them :-)

  10. Actually i’ve never (yet) been in Italy but i’d love to go someday. I don’t know so much about your culture, just what I have seen on TV.

“’sauce’ and ’salsa’ mean the same thing” – that shows how much I know :)
