iRiot – The Power of the Mac

Via Slashdot, 1000 used iBooks went on sale at $50 each in Virginia USofA resulting in absolute iChaos. As soon as the doors opened there was an iStampede for the laptops as screaming people dove in to the iShop. People were thrown to the iFloor, others beaten with a folding iChairs and one fucker even tried to drive his iCar through the crowd! Raiméis is hoping to hear from local Mac expert Gerry O’Sullivan on the crisis, who should be able to offer some insight into the mind of Mac users and what drives them to such extremes.

  1. I read about it on The Unofficial Apple Website. Looks like there’s some crazy iFuckers out there alright.

There’s a commemorative T-shirt on sale as well.

When was the last time a sale of used Dell or Fujitsu-Siemens notebooks caused a riot, I wonder?

  2. The t-shirt is deadly :)

I don’t know, but us HP users can be craaaayzy too ya know ;)

  3. I suffered three years with a Fujitsu-Siemens notebook before I switched to Mac. I came close to violence more than a few times while using it. :-)
