A Scottish councillor has got into a spot of bother over comments he made about the English. When Portugal scored against England he shouted “‘Ha, Ha! F*** you! Ya f***ing beauty!” and was promptly kicked out of the pub. It’s not the first time the same man has got into a bit of trouble for comments made.
