Well I did hear this news on the radio some days ago and yesterday night I saw the news on TV as well. Trapattoni is famous for his temper and for his ability to learn foreign languages, even if he learns them his way :-) We still remember when he coached a German team and during an interview with the German tv he did a long and infuriated speech in a very funny German :-) I'm waiting to hear him speaking in English!!! The reason of my delay in answering this post is that I was looking for the most proper translation for that idiom you wrote in the bottom line of your post. Being it an Irish idiom I don't think there's a direct translation in Italian, but the closest thing I found is "Forza, ragazzo!" or "Forza, figliolo!". But I have to make you my most sincere compliments for how you wrote in perfect Italian the last sentence, very good, Maca, very good!!! Sorry for delay, Maca…
