I have many e-mail accounts but sometimes I happen to use the company account for personal messages. I always the signature with all the informations, phone number included. Anyway, at least over here in Italy, the employers cannot fire their employees for this action. They can give them a warning, but they cannot be fired. Our law is clear on this topic.
