The fine was actually addressed to me but I wasn't there so I assume they have cameras or maybe someone reported her, it's difficult to know. Either way it stinks ... though not as bad as €1800!! Did they see her? Did someone reported her (is she your wife)? When I was in a B&B in Ardee, co Louth, the lady told me that one day she was baby-sitting the two kids of a friend of her, she took them with her while she had to shop and bought two candies for them. The youngest kid threw the candy wrap on the sidewalk, someone saw that and assuming the kid was hers reported the license plate to the Garda. She was fined for 1,800 euros! Maybe it happened the same thing, someone saw her... How did they know who left the bottle off the bottle bank?
Did they see her? Did someone reported her (is she your wife)?
