The traffic, pedestrians and TV problems you list are the same as here in Italy ;-) TV licence is around 100 euros over here. Prices and fares go higher and higher. School just started two days ago... But I just got my broadband connection improved from 4 Mb to 20 Mb for the same monthly price ;-) It seems all the places are the same.
